Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all original documentation and certificates.

  Ship With Confidence

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; your return is fully insured during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our expert jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or ship your exchange item within 5 business days.
